Registration: Holds prevent students from registering or adding courses, regardless of the hold. Contact the issuing department issuing for a resolution before attempting to register for classes.
Transcript and Diploma: Only holds related to financial debt prevent us from releasing a transcript or diploma. Contact Student Financial Services (sfs@hnjqy.net) to resolve the hold. If you are actively making regular payments toward your payment plan balance, under certain circumstances, we will work with you to release a transcript directly to your employer or licensing board.

Watch your MU email account. Within 1-3 weeks after the end of the semester, you will receive a notice from our diploma vendor, Parchment, that your diploma is ready. Parchment will ask you to confirm your mailing address and keep you informed of the estimated delivery time.
